Ads, highlights and reels for brands

AI football highlight · 14 s, five shots

Every framechecked for faces, hands and stray text

Fourteen seconds, five shots, nine takes.

I planned this football highlight as five shots, made the stills on my own GPU, animated them with Kling 3.0 Pro and checked every take frame by frame. Four takes failed the check. Scroll through the cut to see why.

0:00.0 to 0:03.0

Aerial to the stadium

Dusk over the rooftops to a floodlit ground. It sets the place before anything happens.

Takes1, kept
CheckClean on the first take: a slow drift forward, no text in frame.

0:03.0 to 0:04.7

The tackle

A sliding tackle and the winger rides it. The hook of the cut, so it has to read in one look.

Takes2, one kept
CheckBoth garbled the board text after about 1.6 s. The kept take ends at frame 41, before the text breaks and a face changes.

0:04.7 to 0:07.7

The header

The number 9 heads it in, the keeper stretches, the net moves.

Takes1, kept
CheckOne ball, one keeper in the goal. A still with the keeper outside the goal was thrown out before it was animated.

0:07.7 to 0:10.7

The celebration

Chest-up against the crowd. The cut slows down here so the goal can land.

Takes3, one kept
CheckTwo takes wrote nonsense words on the LED boards. The third was reframed with no boards in shot, and the hands were checked at full size.

0:10.7 to 0:13.7

The stand

Scarves, flares, the whole stand. The last image is the feeling, not the score.

Takes2, one kept
CheckIn the first take, front-row faces turned into other people within 3 s. The rebuild is wider, with smoke, and the same people hold at 0, 1, 2 and 3 s.

Presenter
Always an original AI character, never passed off as a real customer

Two more things to watch.

Product in hand · 8 s, two shots

A product in hand

An 8-second UGC-style clip in two shots: the presenter shows a serum, then puts it on. The bottle is blank on purpose. There is no real product, and the presenter is an AI character.

Length8 s, two shots
Format9:16
ShowsThe product held, used and on skin, the beats a UGC ad needs
What it isA study I made for this offer, not client work

One face across twenty places

Holding one presenter across a whole set is the hard part, so I measured it. Twenty scenes of one AI character, scored against the reference with a face-recognition model: mean 0.69, lowest 0.45, and every scene above its same-person line of 0.36.

How a video gets made.

  1. Brief

You send the goal, where it will run and 3 to 5 product photos or references. A few lines is enough.

  2. Shot plan

I write the shot list like a director: the hook in the first second, framing, rhythm, the call to action.

  3. Generate

Stills first, on my own GPU, then each shot animated with current AI video models, several takes per shot.

  4. Check

Every take goes frame by frame for morphing faces, hands and stray text. A take that fails is rebuilt, never shipped.

  5. Deliver

Cut to your voice-over or licensed track, captions inside the safe zone, MP4 files ready to post.

Planned like a film, because I make films.

In my day job I make AI video for TV Markíza, Slovakia’s largest commercial broadcaster. That work is confidential, so nothing on this page comes from it. I trained in film direction, and I plan a 15-second ad the way I plan a film: every shot has a job, and nothing reaches you that I have not looked at frame by frame.

Questions.

Anything else, ask in your first message.

Who owns the videos?

You get the finished files with full usage rights for your brand, for organic posts and ads.

Music and voice are your own, or a licence we agree before I use it. Some AI video models embed an AI-content label in the file; I tell you which model made each shot.

How do revisions work?

One round on a First Video and on each Content Month video, two rounds on the Ad Pack and the Highlight and Reel Pack. A round is one set of notes on the cut.

Shots that fail my frame check are rebuilt before you see anything, so your rounds go on your notes, not on fixing artefacts.

What can AI video not do yet?

Small text is still weak: labels, logos and prices can blur, so exact product names, logos and prices go on as on-screen text in the edit.

Long unbroken takes drift, so shots stay around 2 to 3 seconds and are cut like an ad. And I do not generate real people: no real person’s likeness without written consent, no real players or public figures, no fake reviews or testimonials.

Can you show my exact product?

Send 3 to 5 clear product photos. I test your product in a still before any video is made, so you see how close it gets before the order goes into production.

How fast is it?

A First Video in 3 days, the Ad Pack in 5, the Highlight and Reel Pack in 7, and the Content Month at two videos a week. The clock starts when I have your photos, references and answers.

Do I need a script?

No. Send the story or the product, the mood and 2 or 3 reference images. I write the shot list for your approval before anything is generated.

Start with one video.

Write what the video is for, where it will run and a few lines on the product or the moment, and attach 3 to 5 photos or references. I reply with a shot plan.
